All original packaging, tags, and included materials must be returned with the item.

Return Shipping

Braumier is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please mention this in your email.
Exchanges are available upon request and subject to item availability.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional business days to complete the transfer.
